SDN Land Surveyors has over 25 years experience in the provision of land surveying services throughout Sydney and regional NSW. SDN Land Surveyors is based in the Sutherland Shire and we are an energetic and talented team ready to take on any surveying challenge.
Utilising the latest equipment from Leica including robotic theodolite, automatic level and real time GPS, our field data collection is backed up by the latest CAD software for processing and presentation of plans.
We are members of the "Association of Consulting Surveyors NSW" and "The Institution of Surveyors NSW inc" and are fully insured (Certificates of Currency provided upon request).
We deliver professional results whilst providing personal service underpinned by strong ethical standards. Our services range from small residential surveys to major infrastructure projects. Every project is afforded the same attention to detail and our efficient methods provide a cost effective and fast turn-around time for your project.
Stuart de Nett, founder SDN Land Surveyors
Stuart de Nett is a Registered Surveyor and Founding Director of SDN Land Surveyors. Stuart obtained his Bachelor of Surveying (Hons) degree from the University of NSW in 1987 and was recognized as a Registered Surveyor in 1996. He was elected Secretary of the St George/Sutherland Group Institution of Surveyors NSW from 2001 – 2009.
Prior to establishing his own business in 2008, Stuart worked with various companies managing projects and assisting them to achieve results through attention to detail, cost effective solutions and client satisfaction..
Stuart understands that strong client relationships are the building blocks of any business and he Is always willing to discuss how he can best meet your survey requirements.

Established practice based in Sutherland is seeking a technician or graduate surveyor to join our team and take on various projects in and around Sydney and the occasional wider NSW/ACT region. Projects range from small residential setout surveys and site details to larger construction projects
